SAFUN

The Dallas Cowboys training is being held at the Alamodome in San Antonio, Texas this year…as they have been for the past few years. I had never gone to check it out though. We went to check it out yesterday (Sunday). Not sure what I was expecting but it really wasn’t that exciting. I like competition, as any sports fan does, so watching a team do some drills, eh, boring. I didn’t see Terrell Owens. I thought he might be on the side lines on his stationary bike but apparently he was out due to back spasms. Everyone else was there though. They did some scrimmages here and there. It was a free event. Although parking was $10. We parked at a meter (free) in front of the Courthouse and hopped on the trolley that took us straight to the dome. $1/person one way. Plus, it drops you off right in front of the Alamdome on the Sunset Station side. I really can’t complain although I don’t think I’d go again.
