Cowboys dig Romo out of the hole

What a crazy Monday night football game. Dallas Cowboys vs. Buffalo Bills in Buffalo. Romo throws 5 interceptions, 4 in the 1st half! This tied the record for the Cowboys. 2 of the interceptions resulted in touch downs in the first half giving the Bills a lead of 17-10. Not sure what was going on with Romo. I mean, you have your off days but throwing 5 interceptions is a little excessive for NFL football. The team held up though. It was such a random game. We would intercept the ball, then the next play the Bills intercepted the ball. It was just back and forth, spirits went up and went down right away. The crowd’s emotions were being played with.

It came down to the last minute of the game. Cowboys at 22 and Bills at 24. Romo threw the ball for a pass completion leaving 53 yards and .2 seconds left in the game. Nick Folk came in to kick a field goal in hopes of winning the game. Folk makes the field goal. However, Bills’ coach called a time out with .1 seconds left in the game. The field goal did not count. Folk, a rookie, had to kick another career high field goal. And he succeeded.

Whew! Romo you were saved by your Boys tonight. Romo admitted to poor play tonight (duh) and was thankful for his resilient team. Cowboys, 5-0. Ya baby!
